ACP Counsel Jeffrey Smith Among Speakers At CFP ’99

WHO: Jeffrey Smith, Counsel to Americans for Computer Privacy‹a broad-based coalition of more that 100 companies and 40 associations supporting policies that advance the rights of American citizens to encode information without fear of government intrusion, and advocating the lifting of export restrictions on U.S.-made encryption products. Smith will participate in a session entitled “Is Escrow Dead?
